Trails To Wellness – Mat Class On The Trail

Friends of the Riverfront is hosting our first ever “Trails to Wellness” campaign this May 2019 in correlation with Mental Health Awareness month. We are eager and excited to promote the benefits that being outdoors and being active can have on your wellbeing. We will be hosting a series of diverse activities, to highlight that the Three Rivers Heritage Trail is truly a place where everyone can do anything.
Friends of the Riverfront is partnering with Chartiers Wellness for this event.
This low-impact exercise class focuses on core strength, flexibility and balance to help your body move with ease. Our mat class on the trail will take place entirely on the floor, and we will be working various muscle groups. This class can be modified from beginner to expert; no experience is necessary! Please bring a mat or towel, your reusable water bottle, and wear comfortable workout clothing.
