DESCRIPTION:Registration Closed  \n\nJoin Friends of the Riverfront for 2025’s first Train on the Trail Session!\n\n\nThe Audubon Society of Western Pa will be leading an in-person training session where participants will learn how to identify winter trees based on bark\, twigs\, buds\, shape\, and even smell. Join us as we take a closer look at the diverse species of trees present along the Millvale section of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail! \n\nThe 2025 Train on the Trail series will offer enrichment opportunities for volunteers and trail users to gain introductory knowledge and skills that will benefit their trail experience\, including native and invasive plants\, watercraft safety\, tree pruning and identification\, and more!\n\nAn email will be sent the week of the event with details.
