Please wear sturdy shoes\, long pants\, and layered sleeves to be removed. Monitor the forecast and dress for the weather\, we will work through light to moderate rain and snow. Bring a reusable water bottle\, water will not be available. All other project supplies and equipment will be provided.  \n\nOnce registered\, you will receive a confirmation email. DESCRIPTION:Registration is FULL for Friends of the Riverfront third Train on the Trail Session of 2025!\n\nFourth River Workers Guild will be leading an in-person training session where participants will learn how to identify common native and invasive species along the Three Rivers Heritage Trail as well as proper removal practices\, what tools to use\, and more! Participants will then have the opportunity to put their new skills to the test and assist Friends of the Riverfront in clearing invasive vegetation along the River Avenue segment of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail.\n\nThe 2025 Train on the Trail series will offer enrichment opportunities for volunteers and trail users to gain introductory knowledge and skills that will benefit their trail experience\, including native and invasive plants\, watercraft safety\, tree identification\, and more!\n\nAn email will be sent the day before the event with details.
