DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our first Trail Care of 2025! \n\nJoin us on the South Side Riverfront Park segment of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail for a special MLK service day in partnership with AmeriCorps members from Three Rivers Waterkeeper\, Pennsylvania Resources Council\, Western Pa Conservancy\, and Grounded Strategies! \n\nVolunteers will assist in collecting litter\, as well as other trail maintenance needs. Please wear sturdy shoes\, long pants\, and layered sleeves to be removed. Monitor the forecast and dress for the weather\, we will work through light to moderate rain. Bring a reusable water bottle\, water will not be available. All other project supplies and equipment will be provided. \n\nAn email will be sent the day prior to the workday with project details\, registration after 12:00 pm will not receive the details email. Please wear sturdy shoes\, long pants\, and layered sleeves to be removed. Monitor the forecast and dress for the weather\, we will work through light to moderate rain and snow. In the chance of inclement weather\, including freezing temperatures\, we will cancel the event and inform volunteers via email as well as update the event post. Bring a reusable water bottle\, water will not be available. All other project supplies and equipment will be provided. \n\nOnce registered\, you will receive a confirmation email.
