Join Friends of the Riverfront for one of three Public Trail Care Saturdays this summer along the Three Rivers Heritage and Water Trails for a project-based morning of volunteerism. June’s Public Trail Care Saturday will focus on removing invasive overgrowth around the parking area at River Avenue and Heinz Street and nearby limestone rocks, laying landscape fabric, and putting down crushed rock.
Please wear sturdy shoes, long pants and long sleeves. Bring enough water with you for the entire morning. Friends will provide all equipment and supplies.
