Every year, Pittsburgh Magazine & PUMP choose 40 individuals under 40 to honor as being leaders in the Pittsburgh region.  This year, our Executive Director, Kelsey Ripper, was chosen as one of the honorees!  We are very excited and proud as an organization to be led by a passionate and visionary director.
