We partnered with Allegheny County Government, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission to conduct a Trail Study for the Turtle Creek Connector Trail that could connect the Great Allegheny Passage and the Westmoreland Heritage Trail. We are excited to continue to look for new connections to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail system and further connect more communities.
