Our 2023 Volunteer Celebration

We had an amazing time celebrating our incredible volunteers at our Volunteer Celebration on November 8th at Aslin Beer in the Strip District!

It was a great night – filled with food, drink, games, and connection.  Over 50 volunteers joined us!  Stewards had the chance to meet Ambassadors, Trail Tuesday volunteers connected with corporate workday volunteers, etc.  We gave away some awesome raffle prizes, including tickets to the Carnegie Science Center, Friends of the Riverfront crewnecks, and more!  We want to thank everyone who came out to celebrate with us, and we also want to thank each and every volunteer who joined us in 2023.  Without you, our work here at Friends would not be possible.  Because of the Stewards, Ambassadors, Trail Tuesday volunteers, Litter League participants, corporate volunteers, and other who join us occasionally at our public trail care events, the Three Rivers Heritage and Water Trails stay clean and maintained for all to use.  If you ever see a Friends of the Riverfront volunteer out on the Trail, please make sure to thank them for all of their hard work.

If you are interested in volunteering with us or want to learn more about the program, please visit our Volunteer page.  We offer many opportunities to engage and volunteer with us, and would love for you to join our program!
