Trail Care Thursday – Washington’s Landing

REGISTRATION IS FULL for Trail Care along the Washington’s Landing section of the Three Rivers Heritage Trail. Volunteers will:

• Tend to recently planted native trees and shrubs
• Collect litter along the trail and surrounding areas
• Cut and clear encroaching and undesired vegetation
• Other general trail maintenance needs

Please wear sturdy close-toed shoes, long pants, and layered sleeves that can be removed. Monitor the forecast and dress for the weather, we will work through light to moderate rain. Bring a reusable water bottle, water refills will be available. All other project supplies and equipment will be provided. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. An additional email will be sent the day prior to the workday with project details and what to expect.
