Friends Fest ’24

Introducing Friends Fest… a special event to celebrate our members! Happening 5-8:30 pm on Thursday, June 20, at Grist House (note the new location), FriendsFest is our first annual appreciation event for our Friends of the Riverfront members. This event will be part community festival, part information fair, and all about bringing our trail community members together! The vibe will be laid-back and family-friendly. FriendsFest will feature beer from Grist House Brewery, games, crafts from Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse, and giveaways – and all the Friends staff will be there to share what we’re doing. We’ll also have tabling from partners and supporters of Friends. Update: Due to the high-temperature forecast, the event will take place at Grist House Brewery in Millvale.  There will be indoor, air-conditioned space, as well as outdoor space.  Some activities will no longer be offered due to space constraints. This is a members-only event. You can obtain a membership at the event itself or simply attend as a member. We offer family memberships too, so your whole crew can attend!
