Botany and Booze

Friends of the Riverfront will be tabling the event with information about the VOPP project and our organization’s efforts in Allegheny County. The Botany & Booze Fundraiser hosted by the Verona Garden Club features live music, food trucks, craft vendors, local artisans, breweries, and the Garden Club’s not to be missed plant sale. This amazing event is free to attend and open to all, but tickets must be purchased for the brewery portion of the event – and ticket holders must be 21. The event opens at 11am and closes at 7pm. Tickets may be picked up starting at 11am for session ONE, and 3pm for session TWO. Alcohol will not be served until the session begins. It’s the perfect time for plants, crafts, and snacks. A portion of the proceeds support the Garden Club’s mission to beautify the riverfront community of Verona through gardens, flowers, and education.
