Crews & Brews: Spooky Edition

This is no ordinary Crews & Brews event – we want to see you in COSTUME! Prizes will be given to the best homemade costume, best sustainability-themed costume, best costume made from the most recycled/reused products, and best costume overall! We will meet up and end our night at Fat Head’s Saloon. At 5:00PM we’ll leave from Fat Head’s as a group to begin the “Crews” portion of our evening. Around 6:30PM we will return to Fat Head’s for the “Brews” portion of the night where we will award prizes. Cheers to clean trails! Register NOW on Eventbrite for a spooky good time.      

A significant portion of waterway pollution originates on land. When it rains, litter from streets and sidewalks accumulates and is swept into storm drains that discharge into the nearest body of water. When it rains, litter from our trails flow into our rivers. Litter in rivers can eventually make their way to the ocean – Keeping our oceans healthy begins at home!

This clean up event has been organized in part to prevent litter from entering our waterways during Keep PA Beautiful‘s Pick Up Pennsylvania 2019, in support of the Ocean Conservancy‘s International Costal Clean Up, occurring September 1- October 31.
