Public Trail Care Saturday with Allegheny CleanWays

Join us for a Saturday riverfront cleanup on the Allegheny River with Allegheny CleanWays (ACW) and Gay for Good! Participants will have an opportunity to collect trash from riverbanks via ACW’s boats up and down river from the Lawrenceville Three Rivers Water Trail Launch, as well perform trail care along the land-side Three Rivers Heritage Trail.
Please wear clothes that you are comfortable with potentially getting muddy/wet. Closed-toe shoes and long pants are required. We also recommend bringing long-sleeve shirt to avoid being scratched or coming in contact with poison ivy and sun.
All volunteers will be provided with work gloves, life jackets, safety glasses, and tools. Please be sure to bring your reusable water bottle!
