Trail Tuesday (8/15) – Eliza Furnace West

Join us on the Three Rivers Heritage Trail for a Trail Tuesday opportunity. Volunteers will tend to young trees and overgrowth, litter pick, and safely remove non-native invasive species like Tree of Heaven and wild parsnip. Please wear sturdy shoes and long pants. Monitor the forecast and dress for the weather; sunscreen is recommended. Bring a refillable water bottle; Friends will provide refills. All other project supplies and equipment will be provided. An email will be sent the day prior to the workday at 12:oopm with project details.
